Enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch that had a strong emphasis on local produce, making it a delightful culinary experience.
The bathroom facilities were in a disappointing state, with a filthy shower and no extractor fan, which indicated a lack of maintenance.

Charming find in Canterbury 🏰
Loved the quirky four poster room—felt like a little adventure! The food was lekker, especially that steak suet pudding that reminded me of my nan's cooking. The staff were super friendly and made our stay feel like a proper home away from home.
Only thing was the wooden slat under the mattress fell down—eina!

Charming decor and an inviting pub atmosphere.
During my stay, I faced inconsistency in the service. The staff was generally accommodating, yet I encountered long waiting times for dinner, which frustrated me. while the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, I found the lack of attention to detail in room maintenance quite disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 21 Juncharming decordelicious seafoodchaotic barneglected roomdiscomforting noise
The charming decor and inviting pub atmosphere were notable highlights during the stay. Enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner that was well-prepared, showcasing local ingredients. the lack of staff presence made the bar and dining room chaotic, leading to long wait times for both drinks and food. The room, though spacious with a comfortable bed, felt neglected, with dusty blinds and a shabby bathroom that posed functionality issues. Noise from above added to the discomfort, making for a less than relaxing experience.
